Villa Bianca is a beautiful property on the most beautiful hills close to Lucca , (5 KM) above the village of Sant'Alessio.
The access road is easy and safe.
New satellite wify system has been just installed and it can provide you 29 MBPS in download, and 2,9 MBPS in upload .
Guests have esclusive access to the entire Villa and the magnificent big pool (mtr14X mtr7Xdeep from 110cm to 280 ) with steps and latter too.
The villa is a spectacular, it looks almost like a movie set, with antique furnitures and wide open spaces where you can enjoy a complete relax.
The villa is divided into two wings, in the northern wing there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with three single beds ( it can be arranged as a doubble bed upon your need) and 3.5 in each bedroom an ensouite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
In the Southern wing there are two bedrooms both can be prepared with twin or doubble bed as you prefer. The two bedroom share one bathroom with shower.
Bathrooms are all decorated with precious marbles.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room furnished with antiques, and a super confortable lounge with sofas and armchairs, all overlooking a lush garden with large pool
On the underneath floor,on the back of the Hill, overlooking the side of the villa, a beautiful and well stocked rustic kitchen, welcomes guests for morning breakfast and casual lunch. In front of the kitchen a terrace with BBQ.
Florino is the villa's guardian. He has been leaving in the back of the Villa for almost 20 years, he is in charge of the garden, pool and security. He has his own apartment, his own entrance, gate and a strong sense of privacy.
The whole villa is equipped with a system of air conditioning in each room.
In support of the villa there is also a wood-fired oven for best pizza.
