Villa il Forte con grande giardino

Villa il Forte is located near the beaches of Forte dei Marmi, in a very quiet residential area a few meters from the Tennis Club Italia of Forte dei Marmi. The villa is equipped with all amenities and is surrounded by a large tree-lined garden. It has a spacious porch equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and BBQ. A terrace with umbrella, small table, armchairs and sunbeds ideal for relaxing moments. Ideal for families, a group of friends, children and those who love the sea, mountains and art cities. On the mezzanine floor we find a large living room that is divided into living and dining area, a new kitchen with dishwasher and a single bedroom. Three steps down to the ground floor: a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor: one bedroom with a single bed, one with a bunk bed, a new bathroom with a shower stall, and a double bedroom with air conditioning, overlooking a nice balcony, with a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Five steps above is another air-conditioned double bedroom. 

At your disposal are four old but well-functioning bicycles.

The Villa has a covered garage with access directly into the house, for bicycles, but not large enough for cars. 

The garden is fully fenced and enclosed by a gate. You can easily park 3 cars.

Upon your arrival Claudia will welcome you, together we will take a reading of the electricity meter because, for a conscious use, you will be asked for a contribution for the electricity consumed of €0,35 per Kwh to be paid in cash at your departure.
