The space

La Casina dei Frati is a delightful, completely renovated dependence .It is located in the hills 8 km from Lucca, the wonderful walled city in the most beautiful Tuscany.

Its owners, Claudio and Toni live in the house next to it and they will give you a friendly welcome.

The house has on the ground floor a nice equipped kitchen, a large pantry, a bathroom with shower, on the second floor a living room with a double sofa bed, a large double bedroom and a huge room with two single beds that can also be made as a double.

Also at your disposal we offer a folding crib for babies.

Outside our guests can play ping pong, dine on a large nice table in the shade and cook pizza in the wood-burning oven, or a nice fiorentina steak on the BBQ ( a few km away is one of the best butchers in Tuscany)

Part of the large kitchen pantry is used by the owners for oil barrels, and you will be told the details when you arrive.

If you choose this property we believe it is necessary to have a car, although we have in past years, hosted a couple on their honeymoon, they were crossing Europe by bicycle.

Lucca can be reached by train, bus or plane. The nearest airports are Pisa or Florence.
