The entire property, for your exclusive use, is air-conditioned and on sunny days, the electricity needs should mostly provided by the production of the photovoltaic system, and storage batteries. In summer on sunny days, the cost of energy should be guaranteed by this new environmentally friendly system

At your arrival you will be asked for 400€ security deposit, and you will pay by consumption electricity in summer and gas for heating in the winter.
