Casa Florian is a beautiful, newly renovated three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lucca's old town within its monumental walls.

The space

This beautiful property is located on the third floor without an elevator ( 50 steps) of an ancient building in the center of Lucca.

In front of the apartment's front door is a small balcony, with a small table where you can sit and admire the sunset colors.

The apartment includes a large living space with a well-equipped kitchen where you can easily cook your meals, a dining table and a living room with armchairs and a sofa.

There are two large double bedrooms with quite large beds

One room has a French bed. (slightly bigger than a French bed)

All the beds and mattresses are new.

Heating €8 per day

There is also a space with a desk dedicated to work. The wifi is a fiber landline.

There is a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet with sink and toilet.

We will share with you a nice list of things to do in Lucca and the area, addresses of our favorite restaurants and suggest you the most exciting experiences.
