This apartment has been fully redone and the renovation have been completed last season.
The area where it is located is extremely central in a restricted traffic zone, our guests are not allowed to drive up to the apartment, but close ( distance 100 mtr) there are three different parking options (We will give you all the directions)
Next to building entry door there is a bakery, a local bread , next to it a fresh and local fruits and veggy store, a local butcher and farther down the Street, the best delicatessen with great cheese selection and prosciutto .
Everything in the apartement is new, fresh with a linear contemporary taste and extremely comfortable.
The renovation has been done with the best materials, furniture and beds are incredibly comfortable and of excellent quality.
Each bedroom, the living room, (which can easily become for its large size, the fourth bedroom),have the air conditioning split and insuite bathroom.

There is a big entrance that divides the apartment into two wings, one with views of the Church (the church bells ONLY on Sundays for mass) with two large and comfortable bedrooms which can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds upon your request, each of them is equipped with a comfortable single bed sofa and we  can add in case you need a cot or a foldable bed.
In the wing overlooking typical and local courtyards, there is  a large living room with two large double sofa bed,  all new, a large bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dish washer.

At the side of the living room there is  another double bedroom with insuite  bathroom with shower.
It is a perfect property for a large family, for a group of friends on holiday to relax and enjoy an Italian way of life.
