The space

We are in a beautiful new residential area, at the foot of the medieval village of Montecarlo a stone's throw from the city of Lucca, surrounded by its sixteenth-century Minumental walls.

The property is brand new: modern fixtures, mosquito nets, air conditioning in every room, heating, washing machine and dishwasher, free wifi.

3 double bedrooms of which two with en suite bathroom, one single, a large living room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a patio with BBQ oven

For each change of linen extra 20 E per bed to be paid in cash on arrival.

In the garden, pizza oven and in-ground Jacuzzi.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

We will personally welcome you and personally take a photo of the meter for the calculation of the cost of electricity consumption ( 0,30 per Kwh) which will be done at your departure.

It is necessary and obligatory to follow the directions that will be given to you regarding garbage, how to properly divide it.

You must follow the directions of the highest common sense regarding the use of the pizza oven, ( we do not provide wood) the BBQ and the underground Jacuzzi.
