CASA DEL PAPAVERO is a beautiful apartment under the iconic tree tower, the Guinigi Tower, in the heart of Lucca. Vinicio's mother lived there, and partially he renovated the apartment maintaining its 1950s design origin. The apartment comfortably sleeps four people in two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped.

In winter and summer you will be charged €8 a day for heating or Ac.

The space

The property consists of a large living room, a nice room with two beds that can be joined into a double bed, next to the bathroom with shower, and a half floor higher, a second room, also can be prepared with two singles or a double bed. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need.

The apartment is full of light and is located in a quiet area . For the moment there are 33

steps by foot, soon an elevator will be built, which is very rare in medieval Italian towns.

Air conditioning splits are in each of the bedrooms and one in the kitchen.
