Casa il Tiglio is a property situated in the middle of an olive grove on the most beautiful Lucca’s hills overlooking the Morianese, the vegetable grove along the Serchio river. The house is part of a small group of houses that can be easily reached by paved road. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room, on the first floor a double bedroom, two single beds room and a bathroom with shower. There is also a nice patio at the front of the house where you can have your meals and relax under the lindon tree.

The space

We are over the hill, olive trees all around the house, just 7 km from Lucca, down in the valley the Serchio river flows and the coast is half an hour by car. Casa il Tiglio is truly a comfortable place, full of charm and personality, owned by a large family that lives in the same group of houses. The property has double exposure, a beautiful patio in front of the kitchen, in complete privacy, that can hosts you during your meals al fresco.
On the back you have another space to relax and enjoy summer afternoons.The house has a good wifi, a convenient parking and it is the perfect base from which to start and make small excursions in this area that offers you a lot.

Guest access

Our guest have esclusive access to the entire house and the front patio: the back yard is shared with the properties behind, but very rarely you have people using this space.
