Court yard 23 is a beautiful and brand new apartment in the heart of Lucca, within its monumental Walls.

Paid parking not far away.

It is located on the mezzanine floor of an ancient building where Santa Gemma Galgani received the stigmata.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, total privacy, includes a small internal courtyard where you can spend your time outdoors. Upon arrival you are asked for a small cash contribution of €8 per day for AC in summer or heating in winter.

The space

A newly and completely renovated apartment, furnished with all new and modern furniture. It includes two bedrooms: one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, each with its own bathroom with shower.

All wood floor, very large kitchen, super-equipped, modern, spacious and bright. Living room with smart TV and comfortable sofa.

We can supply as many linen changes as you need at the cost of 30€ per bed.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside in the courtyard

The courtyard welcomes you with a comfortable table in front of the kitchen where you can eat your meals and you can also park your bikes if that is the way you travel, maybe along the Francigena?

You CANNOT reach the house by car, but you can park it in the nearby Piazza Santa Maria for a fee, even easier at the Mazzini parking lot. Later we will give you directions on where to park for free.
