Delightful apartment located in one of the most characteristic courtyards of Lucca’s historic center. From one of the windows you can catch a glimpse of the beautiful Church of St. Michael. Third floor without elevator. A contribution of E8 per day for heating or Ac in summer, will be asked upon arrival in cash.
The space
Delightful apartment located in the heart of Lucca's historic center, in a very quiet courtyard on the side of the beautiful Piazza san Michele.
On the third floor of a historic building, without an elevator, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a very bright and spacious living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen-living room. Wifi connection and linen included.
In winter months heating is considered extra at E 8 per day, same for AC in summer.
If you travel by bike or want to rent a bike while you are here, you have the possibility to park it at the entrance of the building.
We are in the middle of the Ztl zone, which means we are in an area where only some of the residents are allowed to enter by car.You can park for a fee on via Cittadella, which is a few minutes walking distance, then once you are settled in, we will give you directions to free parking. If you should arrive after h 19, you will be so kind as to pay E20 to the person who will welcome you
Guest access
The guests have access to the entire apartament.
Regarding parking:
Lucca inside the walls is car free, only residents can drive in it and only in certain parts.
Our guest can:
-park in piazzale Verdi ( be sure you have coins, you have to pay in advance) temporarly and walk to the apartament in 4 minutes
-park outside the walls in a free parking in via Luporini next to the caravan parking and walk for 12 minutes to the apartament or call a local taxi or ask me to call a local taxi who will drive you to your door in 5 minutes time and for 12/14 €
-we can also book for you a private guarded garage which is 2 blocks away fro the apartament which cost €25 a day.
