Villa Anna is a beautiful Villa built in the 1970s, just off the main road in the center of the small village of Marlia, a 12-minute drive from the Walls of Lucca.

The villa was renovated in 2022 and photovoltaic panels were installed.

The entire property, for your exclusive use, is air-conditioned and on sunny days, the electricity needs should mostly provided by the production of the photovoltaic system, and storage batteries. In summer on sunny days, the cost of energy should be guaranteed by this new environmentally friendly system

At your arrival you will be asked for 400€ security deposit, and you will pay by consumption electricity in summer and gas for heating in the winter.

We offer: a wide parking space, in the back yard , a large, well-furnished garden, a

beautiful swimming pool (mtr 5x10x1,5) and on one sides of the property , a small olive grove.
