The villa built in the 1980s is on the ground floor only. The living and sleeping areas are well separated by a large entrance room that will allow some of you to rest without being disturbed, by those who do not want to. It is the ideal property if you have children, elderly people with or without disabilities. The villa includes: a spacious living room with Smart Tv, large equipped and livable kitchen, patio with BBQ, laundry room, a room with a single bed, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom another double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower
