A security deposit of 400 E will be required from you, in cash, from which the cost will be deducted.

The space

We are in a beautiful new residential area at the foot of the medieval village of Montecarlo, 20
Minutes ( also by train) from the city of Lucca, surrounded by its 16th-century walls.
The property is brand new: modern fixtures, mosquito nets,ceiling fan in every bedroom, heating, washing machine and dishwasher free wifi, a large living room with smart Tv, a fully equipped kitchen, a patio with BBQ oven.
Cottons Linens and towels are included.
For each extra linen change 20E per bed to be paid in cash on arrival.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
On the ground floor living room, kitchen and full bathroom with shower
On the second floor there is a large bathroom with a shower, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
A baby crib can be added.

We will personally welcome you and personally take a photo of the meter for the calculation of the cost of electricity consumption ( € 0.30 per Kwh) which will be done at your departure.

It is necessary and obligatory to follow the directions that will be given to you regarding garbage, how to properly divide it.
It is necessary to follow the directions of the highest common sense regarding the use of the BBQ , ( we do not provide wood)
